Vicki Sparks – Founder & Managing Director

Vicki Sparks is the founder and director of ConnectWorking and leads a specialised team all working on making your business stand out from the crowd to generate business. Vicki is an accomplished business leader, trainer and speaker, as well as a connection specialist, and relationship marketing authority. Author of 4 books and with over 20 years experience in Business and formal study in Psychology Vicki understands the frustrations business owners experience and has at her fingertips the solutions to overcome most of them.

Known for her business matchmaking skills and entrepreneurial approach, Vicki has the ability to identify needs in a business quickly and find the right person to assist with them.  Besides working in this area for 9 years, much of her success is due to the unique combination of strengths that puts Vicki in the top 10% of the country who possess the ability to equally relate to those who are auditory, visual and kinesthetic, have a high level of problem solving skills and a high level of optimism. This skill set enables her to build rapport and trust quickly with a thorough understanding of different personalities, which is a “must have” in relationship marketing.

Carolyn Ferrando – Connections Manager

Carolyn is a bright and enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for business! From an early age, she was constantly looking for ways to run her own business, from the juice stand on the corner to selling her teddy’s to the highest bidder! These days though, she has found her niche in the business world in the market of business development and marketing. With over 9 years professional experience and an educational background in media and communication from the Queensland University of Technology she is excited to be a part of our dynamic team at ConnectWorking.

Carolyn loves nothing better than thinking up ways that businesses can work together in a mutually beneficial arrangement, a practice which often requires a large degree of ‘out of the box’ thinking. As you will see from what we do, we require only highly specialised people on our team and Carolyn fits that criteria perfectly.

Coming on board as the Connections Manager gives her the opportunity to develop close relationships with our clients, allowing her to better understand their business and how ConnectWorking can help.

Amanda Jesnoewski – Marketer and Copywriter

Amanda Jesnoewski is the Founder of Velocity Media + Communications a very successful Copywriting business, and a highly experienced Copywriter, Marketing Strategist and Publicist. Trained as a journalist with over 10 years experience in Marketing and Public Relations, Amanda has become known for her ability to rapidly understand a business and create sharp, succinct, persuasive messages that engage readers and generate results.

Throughout her career she has generated both National and International media coverage for both businesses and individuals with her clients featuring on Today Tonight, 97.3FM, 4BC and in Grazia Magazine, Wealth Creator Magazine, The Courier Mail (front page coverage), The Sunday Mail, Women’s Magazines in Europe as well as regional newspapers and online publications.

Amanda has also organised and managed both small and large scale events working with some of Australia’s most well known entrepreneurs.

Over her career Amanda has helped numerous businesses build their profile and appeal to their target market. She has doubled the amount of website enquiries within one week of writing new copy, tripled the amount of e-zine openings and blog traffic within one month and through one simple email marketing campaign generated thousands of dollars in revenue. She also generated an 80% response rate in a recent sales letter for a client.

Nicole Murray

Nicole Murray is a TV and Web Presenter and is currently the co-host of Brisbane based TV show “Good Business”. Prior to working in TV, Nicole’s 26 year career involved coaching, training, sales, and marketing. She has owned her own businesses in property renovation, health and fitness and business training, so has extensive business experience and knows firsthand about the importance of getting your message out there loud and clear.

Nicole makes sure your message gets across in video and positions you to look and sound very professional and as an expert to do business with.
