*Late Bookings
If you book on or after the date of the event please note you will incur a $6.50 late fee as the venue will need to make other arrangements for catering. You can save $10 by paying by the early bird discount date which is a much better option.
*Cancellations and Refunds
If you book and find you are unable to come along to the event and tell us no less than 48 hrs prior to an event you will receive a credit towards your next event. However, if you cancel inside of the 48 hrs notice or you don’t turn up on the day of the event, no refunds or credit can be given. Venues & Caterers still pass on this cost once numbers are finalised. If you find you can’t make it and only find out on the day of an event, please text 0433 502 110 and let us know so we can pass on your apologies. When you book, your name will appear on an Attendee Report to our clients a day or 2 prior to the event and someone may specifically want to meet you. It’s recommended you let us know if you can’t make it as to give a good first impression to the group. If we need to reschedule or cancel an event you will be given either a credit to the next event or a refund, just let us know.
*Dietary Requests
If you have a special dietary request, please be sure to include this in your booking. If there is nothing written we take it you are happy to eat the food provided.
